Dr. Geraldine Townend

PhD, MEd, BSc (Hons), PGCE

Geraldine is an internationally published academic, researcher, and speaker. She is also a research fellow, Department of Education advisor, and university lecturer with extensive experience helping school students achieve their best possible outcomes — from gifted and high-ability learners to those facing learning difficulties, learning disorders, or challenges within the classroom.

Earlier in her career, Geraldine worked as a secondary school teacher and as a coordinator for gifted and special needs education across all school stages. Her lifelong focus has been on ensuring that every student, including those who underachieve or feel disengaged, is supported to realise their potential and build a strong foundation for a fulfilling life.

Geraldine provides educational assessments and ability/achievement testing for schools and families. She offers clear insights, practical strategies, and tailored solutions to ensure students receive the right support throughout their education.
