With your consent, we provide reports to your referring GP and, where they fund your sessions, to Medicare or other funders.

Clinical records are kept in secure practice-management software, and telehealth sessions are conducted through Halaxy's secure video platform. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

5. Data Retention

We retain client records as required by law and professional ethical standards, generally for a minimum of 7 years after the last client contact (or until a minor client turns 25). After this period, your information is securely destroyed.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, and ask about how your information is handled. To exercise these rights, please contact us directly.

7. Website and Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website:

• Vercel: For hosting this website.
• Google Analytics: To understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browser type. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics. You can opt out using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
• Resend: For delivering messages submitted through our contact form to our team by email. Please do not include detailed health information in the contact form.

If a data breach is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) as required by the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
